How Karma Works
I often see status updates on Facebook where people talk about how Karma finally caught up to their enemy.
What people don't seem to understand about Karma is that when you rejoice in someone finally "getting theirs" you've just screwed yourself. Karma will then come back to get YOU for your vengeful feelings.
So even if you feel like Karma balanced the scales of justice, don't celebrate the misfortune of others even if you feel they deserve it, or you'll just tip the scales out of your own favor. Negative energy never benefits anyone.

No... I Don't Do Steroids!!!
This is such a tired subject for me...
I'm exhausted with having to defend myself to people against their accusations/assumptions that I am on steroids. I have NEVER ONCE done ANY type of steroids, HGH, or testosterone. If I were, why would I go out of my way to compete exclusively in DRUG FREE bodybuilding competitions that are tested. I have been tested and proven clean. I will pee in a cup any time 24/7. I've got plenty of it.
It's beyond insulting to me and all of the effort that I have put into an entire disciplined lifestyle that I've adopted, not to mention 17 years of training that have garnered the results I have achieved. For people to disregard all of that effort, and assume that I could only have accomplished this through cheating shows great ignorance on their part as they clearly are not aware of the tell tale signs of someone who IS on any of these extremely harmful drugs.
I can only assume that they jump to this conclusion because it would be an excuse for their own lack of discipline and effort. OR that THEY have done these drugs and STILL did not achieve the desired results. I guess it just goes with the territory, but seriously...
Live just one week in my shoes, from my training to my diet, and then tell me what you think. Anyone who knows me, has seen how I eat, train, pass up on parties, eating out etc. all in the name of sticking to a lifestyle I believe in... Then tell me if you think 17 years of it isn't responsible for where I'm at now.
And if you're not down with that I've got two words for ya...!

Doug Lofstrom & Mike Else - LIVE!!!
On May 21st my brother Mike Else AKA Professor Kliq got to perform a show alongside one of his professors/mentors/friend Mr. Doug Lofstrom.
Doug on an upright acoustic Bass, and my brother on his laptop, APC, and who knows what else accompanied him and the two put on a very unique and fascinating show. There were 5 songs performed, but my camera only had enough battery for the first 3. So here is what I was able to capture. Enjoy!!!
